Make room for a meeting room
Understand minimum areas, room counts and the 30% floor allowance.
Check the area allowance
Storage, meeting and pantry rooms require at least 9, 12 and 9 square metres respectively. Up to six rooms may occupy at most 30% of the booth floor. A 40-square-metre booth allows 12 square metres of rooms.
Area is only one check
A sufficient area allowance does not guarantee enough width or depth. Check boundaries, entrances and overlap between rooms. Confirm final dimensions against venue and construction requirements.
